Hope this becomes a way of life.

So far I have managed to eat less every day, drink a lot of cold diet green tea, eat nothing but vegetables, soups & protein drinks and do some form of exercise for short amount of times every day. Working to get back to my former health regimen when I used to take care of myself. My birthday did it. My daughter say everyone gets spring fever and wants to do new things but I can't remember a birthday that made me want to start over like this one.
