January 30th is my birthday. I tell myself this works.

Since it is my birthday in just a couple of hours, accompanied by the largest full moon of the year, I have decided to share the mantra I recite in my mind every day sometimes multiple times. I read it in the fascinating
"Life and Teachings of the Masters of the Far East" by Baird T. Spalding, which I read over thirty years ago. It is supposed to keep one from aging. The book was amazing and occupied my mind for years. I just googled it and see the book is available on Amazon.
Here is the prayer I highly recommend memorizing. It is my personal anti-aging formula. I present it here. Hope my memory is correct but I'm pretty sure it is.

I Now Know
That There Is Within Me,
A Spirit Joy Body.
That is Eternally Young,
Eternally Beautiful.
I Have Beautiful Spiritual Eyes, Nose, Mouth, Skin,
The Body of the Devine Infant
Which is Today Perfect.
Yes, Bonnie (insert your own name)
The Devine Initiator Lives Within my Temple
Constantly Coining New and Beautiful Baby Cells,
The Spirit of Youth Lives Within my Temple
This Human Form Devine and
All is Well.
