Everyone is condemning President Obama for changing his mind about releasing more prison/torture photos but I think I trust him to make the decision that is the correct one. We all voted for him for his brilliance, great empathetic heart and belief in his candidacy. If you were married to a soldier or had a son in the military right now, you might think it's a good thing too. He listened to his generals and so I think it's okay for now. They will come out eventually anyway, but Obama will not get the blame for any fresh disasters. Here is an article alluding to the photos and there are pictures available.
Update: I looked at the 16 photos available and they are really so sad. It looks like prisoners get their teeth yanked out as most of them have very bloody mouths and one shot is just a mass of splattered blood. Cruel and despicable. I guess the perspective is that they aren't quite as chilling as John Rhys Myers as Henry the Eight in the Tudors having people burned at the stake or beheaded.
