Pennsylvania acid spill forces evacuations

Second day of all day headache. Missed this story on local news. Pennsylvania is already full of toxic chemicals. Maybe that is why I got breast cancer and now lyme disease due to a weakened immune system.
A tractor-trailer carrying 33,000 pounds of toxic hydrofluoric acid overturned in eastern Pennsylvania early Saturday after the driver tried to avoid a deer. About 5,000 residents were forced to evacuate.
Most of the acid was in the form of pressurized gas, Conklin said. State and federal hazardous materials experts stopped the leak by noon. The truck overturned at 3:30 a.m. near Wind Gap, Pennsylvania.
Hydrogen fluoride is a hazardous chemical compound used mainly for industrial purposes, such as etching glass, and is extremely corrosive. It also is an ingredient in high-octane gasoline, refrigerants, aluminum and light bulbs.
You just know this whole accident is going to be blamed on the deer. Obviously, the deer got hit and poisoned at the same time.
