The cost of prescription drugs.

I wrote a couple of weeks ago that I have Lyme Disease. Yesterday I talked to the doctor who diagnosed my blood work and she told me that I could actually have Cat Scratch Disease which exhibits many of the same symptoms as Lyme. I never did have a typical Lyme Disease bullseye. I have six cats and I frequently get clawed by the ferals. I treat my kitties fearlessly as I adore them and I refuse to back away and sometimes pay the price. The list of side effects are daunting but I need to get back to my self, the workout queen who refuses to give in to age. I know, I'm delusional. But it keeps me going.
My doctor prescribed the drug Levaquin, a broad spectrum antibacterial. I went to pick it up and could not believe the cost, $348.86 for a thirty day supply.
I just googled Cat Scratch Disease and it affects the lympth nodes, not something I am having a problem with, unless I just don't know it yet.
