To be fair, McCain only screwed the taxpayers out of 500 Billion on that crooked deal - not counting the direct victims of Chuck's business schemes. Then again, if you add inflation into the equation, McCain and Keating may still be the co-recorder-holders for All-Time National Scum Suckers. The other four members of the group didn't actually invest with Keating so they qualify for no more than dishonorable mentions.
